I have purposed two animals and neither had the “heart” part of the leash in the box.** A: The heart piece came with and is apart of the Dinos leash. I think the other animals are add-ons to the leash the Dino has. **Q: Is there an on/off button** A: Unfortunately, no on/off button. **Q: How do you turn it off? They want to snuggle with it but it keep making noises? She loves it! He makes crazy sounds when you touch his head and he's pretty sturdy. My only complaint is the leash and "walking" the dinosaur. The legs are on a wheel and you have to push the leash to make it move. She had a bit of a hard time doing that.
