Awesome chimney and installation service
Love the chimney and love the installation service although I did most of it myself they were very accommodating. The local dealer was incompetent and quoted a much higher price. I didn’t think of hands free sensors much before but with messy hands while cooking it has been amazing to not touch the panel and have to clean later. Yes it’s noisy but it sucks out all oil vapor well. I haven’t reached its self-cleaning stage yet but it seems straight forward. Oh, and it shuts off at lower voltages which is good!

Worst post sale service
Post sale service is worst. It's service providers viz., S H I services are always misguided customer and tried to push sale of PCB & other parts which are out of warranty without giving any written communication. S H I services is too errogant to the customer. They are reluctant to give any written report and asked for advance payment before completion of job. Elica company has supported this. Once they emphasis on non-payment of online payment, other hand they encourage their service provider to get payment without formal bill. This company is worst in giving post sales service. They never bother customer satisfaction. Please don't purchase any chimney from this company.

Stylish & Convenient Elica Chimney with Touchless Control
I recently purchased an Elica chimney and I’m quite impressed with its performance. The touchless control feature is very convenient and works smoothly, making cooking hassle-free. Installation was done professionally, and the overall design looks premium in the kitchen. On higher suction levels, it does produce some noise, but at normal settings, it’s relatively quiet. Please note that the exhaust pipe and installation charges are not included in the product price and need to be paid separately. Overall, a stylish and efficient choice for any kitchen.

Good BLDC 90 CM with Motor power of 150 / 220 volt
Product is very nice and installation done next day by service Authorize person. It's a digital screen but Time settings is not good. Whenever we offer chimney again it's going to standard time 12:00 so everytime chimney on/ off we need reset it. There is no backup battery or saved data in it. ( This is only the drawback in chimney) Installation charges INR 600 AND there is no duct pipe so I order separately from Amzone 450 ( 6 inches 6 ft). After 5 speed it sound little more upto 9 Speed. Suction power / performance is good . Price could have less compared to other brand and all other items should include in it as we are paying more then 15k. As of now no oil leakage or breakdown issue. Will update further once use for a month time Got total 2 year and 15 month comprehensive warranty. As bldc motor so power consumption and life of chimney will increase
