I really wanted to like this product, especially because of the Islamic features that are heavily advertised. But in reality this is an extremely raw, unfinished device that should not be on the market yet. 1. Islamic features and prayer times do not work as promised All the Islamic functions they advertise –-prayer times, Islamic voice commands, special “Muslim” features – simply do not work properly. Most of the voice commands that are shown on their website either do nothing or fail completely. In my case, Yasmina did not perform even half of what is promised in the official description. From an Islamic / prayer perspective, this product is almost useless right now. 2. Remote control is basically unusable and non-replaceable My remote was defective out of the box. At first only two buttons worked, and after about an hour the remote completely died – no LEDs, no reaction, factory reset does nothing. When I contacted support and asked how to repair or buy a new remote, they told me to “contact the seller” and that’s it. There is no service in the UAE where you can repair or replace the remote. You buy a product where a critical part can break on day one – and you have no realistic way to get it fixed other than returning the entire speaker. 3. Support is practically useless The support experience was very disappointing. They only repeat generic instructions (reset, restart, contact the seller) and offer no real solution: no repair options, no spare parts, no service center. For a “flagship” product, there is effectively no after-sales support in the UAE. 4. Yasmina as an assistant is very weak The assistant itself feels very “dumb” for a smart speaker. It constantly mixes Arabic and English, often doesn’t listen or doesn’t respond, and I have to repeat simple commands several times to get any reaction. The whole “AI” experience feels clumsy and unreliable. 5. No real integration with Spotify / YouTube Music There is no native Spotify or YouTube Music support. The app even offers options to “import” from YouTube Music etc., but in practice the speaker cannot find or play that content directly. You are basically locked into their own Yango music platform. 6. Very limited music library and frustrating experience You cannot just say “play this song” unless it exists in their own music platform. Their music catalogue is very limited, so many tracks simply cannot be played by voice. You have to invent workarounds and use Bluetooth from your phone just to listen to the music you want. That defeats the purpose of a “smart” speaker. ⸻ Conclusion: On every important point this product fails: Islamic features, assistant quality, remote reliability, integrations, support. In my experience, this is a very raw, unfinished device that should not be recommended to anyone right now. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My honest advice: do not buy this speaker for at least the next few years, until (and if) they seriously improve the software, services, and support.

I’ve been using the Yasmina AI Speaker for a while now and I’m really impressed. It’s smart, responsive, and genuinely helpful in ways you don’t fully realise until you start using it. Whether it’s playing music, controlling lights, or answering questions, it does the job smoothly and quickly. The packaging felt premium and the product design is chic, which makes it look great in any room. For the price, it’s absolutely worth every dirham. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience.

The AI-powered speaker has an excellent build quality and delivers clear, crisp sound. The price is very reasonable for the quality you get. Definitely a recommended product—5 stars!
