Has a good taste, I tried a full scoop first day. Got an amazing workout, but was up until 4am. So much caffeine. Now I only do half a scoop.

66F and use this preworkout 4x weekly. This product t DOES contain the extended release caffeine but NOT the "burn" extract so it is quite tolerable. I personally can't tolerate the "burn" products but many people can and do. I love this flavor also. It is NOT "hard" on my stomach and causes no GI symptoms. I take about an hour before my strength training and I'm great. I also only use half a scoop as more than that (for me, at age 66) is too much.....keeps me awake and I also ONLY use on workout day. My son(40m) uses the Alpha Lion Burn and prefers that one which also contains the extended release caffeine.

The taste is good and I am an early morning riser and love to do my workouts in the morning. After taking this I did not experience any crash afterwards which was great. Would highly recommend.

The flavor is great . Bucked up or black market seems to last longer though. I would order again

This is amazing! Color is vibrant! You do get an energy boost! I feel the effects over course of an intense lift. I’m 6’3 260 lbs and can move! I take one scoop instead of two! Very effective! Efficient! Solid and good amount of servings for the bottle serving size! Price is reasonable.
