I'm not sure if is thanks to this produce but I lost some weight and I can tell I don't eat sweets not even sugar in my coffee

Based on my 2 weeks experience, Organic Gurmar (Gymnema Sylvestre) 500mg did not effectively reduce sugar cravings. While Gymnema Sylvestre has shown promise in some studies for its effects on blood sugar and taste perception, individual responses can vary. Fast delivery but its not a product for me.

After doing a lot of homework about sugar cravings (I am one of those) I found that Gymnema Sylvestre is a perennial woody vine and been used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine for centuries, and has been labeled a "Sugar Destroyer" . It also appears to have the ability to temporarily block the perception of sweetness on the tongue. The Gymnema acids are the compounds responsible for this effect. While each person will have a different reaction and perception, it may in some people improve blood Sugar Control thanks to above effect. Could this may be an effective tool in the box to help combat the cravings for that sweet taste. It seems to work by Gymnemic acids binding to the taste buds responsible for detecting sweetness, temporarily blocking the perception of sweet flavors. Some studies suggest that Gymnema Sylvestre may help improve insulin sensitivity and reduce blood sugar levels. However, more research is needed to confirm these effects. So far my experience has been positive and my cravings appear slightly reduced. I do monitor my levels regularly. I also use other techniques but this is easy to do and so far no downside either. At around £3 per month of use it is also a no brainier value wise. We also see it is not only 3rd party tested but also GMP certified. At this price I will be grabbing at least a year’s supply since the benefits in my book are massive and the downside in this vegan organic tested product are tiny by comparison. Is made from the juice of young wheatgrass plants and is extracted and then dehydrated into a powder. Nutrient Concentration: Higher concentration of nutrients like vitamins, minerals, chlorophyll, and enzymes. Fiber Content: Very low or no fiber due to the juicing process. Taste: Generally milder and easier to mix with liquids. Whole Wheatgrass Powder: (not this product) IS made from: The entire wheatgrass plant (leaves and stems) is dried and then ground into a powder. Nutrient Content: Often contains a wider range of nutrients, including fiber. Fiber Content: High in fiber, which can be beneficial for digestion but may cause some digestive discomfort in some individuals. Taste: Typically has a stronger, earthier taste due to the presence of fiber. So for taste and concentration this one is for me, however the price for the amount of powder could put some people off.

Therefore, unfortunately, I cannot comment on these aspects in this review. Suffice it to say that, as someone who is trying to keep my blood glucose level under control, I am very happy with these Organic Gymnema Silvetre (Gumar Leaf) capsules from Alpha01, and I am likely to buy more. Good ingredients at decent strengths, they are easy to swallow and tasteless with no unpleasant or unwanted side effects so far. I take one a day which works out at 51p per week which I think is quite good value.

As a 60 year old with pre diabetes decided to start taking these after a bit of research indicating it may help with blood sugar plus also apparently good for heart health and cholesterol control not sure if they will make a difference but seemed with trying, easy to swallow and good value for 3 months supply.

I like the fact they have used a resealable pouch which presumably uses less plastic than a container. The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. I appreciate the fact it is suitable for vegans with a vegetarian capsule. You are getting 180 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of one then they will last you around 6 months. Pretty good value for money. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider with a decent 500mg in each single capsule serving.
