It works great!!! Never runs out of ice as long as the the reservoir (which has plenty of capacity) is kept with water. I suggest running it through the cleaning mode before use. It's very very quiet. I really like mine a lot. I'll buy another one if I was to have too. Do not fear buying one. You'llove it too. 🙂👍

We have a Samsung refrigerator and have a door ice maker, however, not sure what transpired, but the ice maker started leaking in the area where the ice maker sits up in the fridge part and it would then freeze itself up, so it wouldn’t make ice and then we’d have to thaw it out to clean it up. We’d gone awhile without ice and then my son started to buy bags of ice from the store. So, I decided that I’d look into buying an ice maker. It was either buy an ice maker, have bags of ice hold up space in our small fridge drawer or repair the ice maker in our fridge, but that was 200+ to fix. Avoid Samsung fridges and oven/stoves. I picked this specific ice maker cause it had been on sale. This wasn’t the newest version available, but it was more than enough for what we’d need, so I picked this one. I was concerned about how big the ice would be, because it only has small/large ice sizes. I was thinking the large ice would be too big to fit in my drinking cup or to put in a bottle, but the largest setting is actually a perfect size. Other than using it once, when we first bought this, we’ve not used the small ice function again. If you are looking for a decent ice maker that won’t break your bank, this one is perfect. We’ve not had any issues with this at all. Simple to use, easy to clean and we just try to stay on top of how much water is in the machine.

Great ice maker for our motorhome. The ice is much smaller than I anticipated and only makes about 20 at one time. Probably can't get much bigger or more made faster in a small portable ice maker. Very pleased with it.

Stopped working properly a little past 30 days of having the ice maker. I would not recommend it. It worked great for the 1st month, but that's it. I liked the 2 size options for cubes and the ice production is decent for a small machine but the tray capacity is small so you have to keep taking from it or it fills up and then can't keep making new Ice.

Production is overstated. Ambient room temperature is 72f and water temperature is 70f and ACTUAL production is timed at 9+ minutes average. Stated production cycle is 6 minutes so the actual daily production is about half of what the daily amount. If, you are concerned about the amount of ice needed, I suggest looking at another provider and product. This company overstates their product’s output.

I love my ice maker! I purchased this after our built in ice maker broke. It’s fast and produces enough ice for two of us. I usually turn it on while I’m in the kitchen in the morning. The ice needs to be emptied regularly as the machine does not keep it cold. I dump it into the tray in the freezer and stir it around to keep pieces from freezing together. Noise level is low.
