Worked as described and easy to install.

I have never changed the head band, and this replacement did not exactly match my device. The cost was reasonable. I will try to find the SONY part. It will be worth it.

It was easy enough to install. I didn't really struggle. It did replace the padding; however, it is not the same as it was before. The trimmed leather, where you screw the mounts over, was not long enough, leaving it partly exposed and making the headphones appear shoddy. I recommend skipping this product and buying something else.
