Sonic The Hedgehog 3 [DVD]

Sonic 3 is the best Sonic movie out there & nostalgic for everyone who's played Sonic throughout their lives. It's truly one of the best video game movie adaptations out there.

This movie is our son's favorite movie of all time. He's a big Sonic the Hedgehog fan, so you can rest easy that they did the character justice. We've seen it with him and have to agree it's a fun time; the voices are good, the story has emotional weight to it, and Jim Carrey is clearly having a lot of fun playing Dr. Robotnik. DVD's price was good, plays perfectly, and upscales to our 4K TV perfectly looking better than it should. Recommended for old/new Sonic fans or those looking for a good family movie to watch with their kids.

This movie is the best in the Sonic Movie saga thus far, and this steelbook set is awesome. As a diehard sonic fan with an entire sonic collection room, I absolutely love this

Sonic the Hedgehog 3 movie is a remarkable movie for kids of all ages.

Have the “first & second installments of this favorite children tale. As an adult I found the main character “ soooo cute / adorable & focused. He knew how 2 get any job / issue handled without too much fuss. [ some adults: villain caused unnecessary issues 2 arise which SONIC again dealt with using HIS funny yet purposeful FLAIR!!!

Another fun, action packed movie for all aged. The filmmakers hit this one out of the park with adapting the character's lore with the few changes they needed to make for consistency sake. I won't go into too much detail of what for the sake of spoilers. But like the other two movies, it does well at keeping to the themes of trust, family, responsibility, and what it means to be a good person based on your actions and not based on what others tell you it means. Shadow is established as a unique threat from the get go and there are some interesting revelations about Robotnik are established as well. Keanu's voice acting admittedly isn't top-notch like the others, but it works for the brooding nature of Shadow. And of course Jim Carrey steal's the show with playing two Robotnik's who are both similar, yet different, in ways any Sonic fan would come to expect. Overall, a great movie for both long-time and short-term fans of the little Blue Blur.

Grew up watching the cartoon and playing the games. It's good to see it in live action. Jim still has it.....
