How do you heat seal these packages?

The thickness of the bag is 6.3 mil (double side), You can adjust your heat sealer to a suitable temperature and then simply heat seal it above the zipper for a few seconds, normally the ordinary household heat sealer can do, thanks.

Is this long enough for incense?

The size you see is the outside dimension of the bag. In general, the available dimension is about (outer wide - 0.4 inch) x (outer length - 0.4~0.6 inch), you can select the size for your need thanks.

You can reseal them by using a flat iron or another heating method...they are not self-resealing though. Hope this helps

can these be used with liquid and frozen?

We used them for beauty product samples. If you plan to freeze them you would need to make sure you leave plenty of room for expansion. I am not 100% sure how that would work.
