No side effects. I think it is good managing my blood pressure. I also eat beets as well. Have done enough research to know that real beats and the capsules are good for a healthy heart.

I’ve ordered bottles of these super beet root capsules for over a year now, and it works great but unfortunately this is the second time I’ve had a bottle that had empty capsules.

I have been buying these for close to 2 years. There is no taste, the bottle fits in my medicine cabinet, I routinely take these every morning. A great option if you’re looking to save a lot of space and there is no added sugars. I will take these over a bag of chewy tablets any day.

This is the best health product I have ever experienced. I am 56 and after taking Super Beets, my BP has been perfect, I have more energy, our long daily walks and my workouts are easier and my heart rate and recovery have improved drastically.

Not sure if it did anything towards my blood pressure but it was easy to take. Smelled is similar to any vitamin, really. I think I felt better taking it, but they may just be placebo. It doesn’t make me feel bad, so that a good thing. No taste to it. You definitely need to eat something when taking it. It will make you super nausous
