Very nice eyelash cleaner. the package comes with everything you need. the conditioner, brush and bottle to fill with water and rinse. The cleaner works as expected and leaves your lashes very soft. Brush is pretty easy to clean after, but takes some time to make sure you are thorough, for proper hygiene.

This cleanser is amazing! The first bottle lasted me a full 12 months and now is finally empty. It lasted longer than I expected, it really has no fragrance (perfect!), doesn’t irritate my eyes, leaves my eyelids and lash line feeling clean and refreshed, and is really gentle on my lash extensions. Other reviews say it burns or stings, but if you just keep your eyes closed while washing, it’s fine. My skin can be pretty sensitive but I’ve never felt any pain or discomfort while using. I picked this cleanser because it seemed to be one of the only ones where the reviews don’t mention it containing any oil, and after receiving the bottle and checking the ingredients, that is correct. My lash tech regularly comments on how good my lashes look whenever I go in for a fill. :) I do wish there was an option to just buy the cleanser, not including the brush and squirt bottle. I don’t use either and just tossed my first ones. Even if I did use them, I don’t need a second pair. It’s a waste of money and product/resources to have to buy something you don’t want or need.

This is great. However, I will say, and maybe its because I'm not using the correct technique, but the brush that is included seems too harsh for my lashes. And the instructions say to use a cirular motion with the brush to clean your lashes, but that pulled on mine and I lost a few. So I still use the soap which is super gentle and I love it but I just use a regular clean mascara brush with the soap and comb through them like normal and then rinse gently and pat dry and the comb again to separate them. And my lashes last and look amazing and I lose very few of them between fills. Also, if you dont have a 100% silk, and i mean silk, not satin, pillowcase...get one.

This is a very great lash cleanser and my first also lol. Doesn’t irritate the eye and that great because I have very sensitive eyes. My only thing is the brush bristles fell into the brush after a while but it still works great! Will purchase again!

I ordered this product for the simple fact that it has a container with a spout. I figured it would be easier & cleaner to use. I can tell you that depending on how you clean your lashes, there could be a little burning the first couple of times. After you get the hang of the process, it's less irritating to the eyes. The brush is very soft & doesn't get tangles in your lashes. I did experience a bit of cracking in the base of the brush handle after a couple of uses. I guess this is due to the handle being made of wood & getting wet. Overall, it was a good purchase!!

I did like this product a lot but holy cow it has dried my eyelids out so bad that they are peeling both on my eyelid and underneath my eyes after having used it for about 2 weeks. So maybe if you are prone to dry skin then try something else because when you put it on peeling skin it burns soo bad.

I’ve only been using this for a couple of weeks but it is working great for my mink lashes and having the brush and especially spray bottle is key! The foaming cleanser doesn’t burn my eyes (just a bit) and i do one eye at a time. I also haven’t had lashes fall out while cleaning them, but you just have to be gentle. I use this about every other day since i don’t wear eye makeup typically. If you’re wearing eye makeup, you need to use this every day to prevent build up. You don’t need much of the foam as a little goes a long way so this will last a while!

Unexpectedly great, I have been adviced by my lash educator to buy supplies from trusted and known suplier. I definitely trust this product. I started using it the day it arrived.

I would give this higher stars (because everything else is amazing) but it burns my eyes every single time I use it. I squeeze them shut too and they still somehow get in on one eye of both eyes and burns it. It’s usually sore for a while after maybe an hour or two. Wouldn’t recommend to someone who may have sensitive eyes (mine aren’t even sensitive but it really bothers me). If it weren’t for the painful singing when I clean my lashes, I’d rate it higher.

Product came with a broken brush but thats okay cuz I can just glue it back on. I also anticipated a white brush but it was pink, i was going for my white aesthetic lol Everything is good though I like how it came with the small bottle dispenser

When I opened my package there is some gunk in between the metal part and the handle of the lash brush. I found it disgusting and hard to wash/scrape off but I'm hoping it is just a manufacturer issue because the bristles seem clean although it feels kinda harsh not that soft and slightly loose like it will fall out. Only reason I'm not returning is because I desperately need lash shampoo, otherwise I probably would've returned this if I didn't really need it. Haven't tried the actual shampoo to clean yet but so far it looks good, same with the squeeze bottle. My issue was just with the lash brush.
