Good product at a really great price.
8" inch Diamond Lapidary Saws Blade Thin Rim Trim .022" Gem Saw Cutting Tools for Stone Rock Pack of 2Pcs8" inch Diamond Lapidary Saws Blade Thin Rim Trim .022" Gem Saw Cutting Tools for Stone Rock Pack of 2Pcs I’m an old rockhound and gemcutter and have some cutting equipment. I ordered the 2 pack of these thin lapidary blades for use on a small slab saw. The price on these diamond blades was really good. I just have no idea about the longevity. This type of blade can wear out quickly depending on the toughness of the material. I can see and feel the diamond grit on the edge of the blades, but it is impossible to know if it is deeply embedded in the rim of the saw blade. I will continue to use these blades and report back with any issues. In the meantime I will say that this type of blade can cost much more when purchased from a lapidary supply store. I do like that they included adapters for different arbors, that is a big plus for me.

1 inch center hole...too big!!
Unfortunately the 1 inch center hole means it will not work on a Hi-Tech trim saw. Disappointing!

works good for slab trimming
for the money, with no over expectations, pretty satisfied. Very thin, almost flimsy, 1 rock buckled the edge. short cuts on slabs works good.

One thick blade
This review is for the product listed as, “JINGLING 8" inch 200mm Diamond Lapidary Saw Blades Super-Thin Rim .026" Cutting Disc Tools for Stone Pack of 2Pcs." We only got one blade and it is not as thin as we expected. It is a very nice blade with the diamond chips on the edges but I would not use it for fine cuts.

Cut through glass and decorative rocks with no issues
No complaints from me. I received two blades in this package of "JINGLING 8" inch 200mm Diamond Lapidary Saw Blades Super-Thin Rim .026" Cutting Disc Tools for Stone Pack of 2Pcs," and both appear to be sharp and of good quality. I've only tested one so far, but the cut was clean and quick.

Great for cutting agates, but better on softer rocks if you want longer life
I've purchased many sets of thin lapidary blades from JingLing and find them to be the best "bang for the buck". I cut a lot of quartz materials with a hardness of 7 on the Moh's scale including agate, jasper, chert, and the thunder egg shown. It's very difficult to find a blade that will cut as thin as what this manufacturer makes, which is why I really like their product. I was not expecting to get arbor adapters as the listing advertises them as a 5/8" arbor hole, so I was surprised to see the small shims included in the pack. I was able to use my 1/2" without swapping adapters. The issue with these thinner blades, however, is always life of the product. Even with constant water supply for cooling, the blades eventually go dull. It's still a great value for the money compared to Diamond or Highland, so I would definitely recommend these blades for any type of rock.
