Why does the heater temperature fluctuate so much?

In All-Day and Day/Night modes, the heater has a default deadband of ±3°F.This allows for natural temperature variation and helps save energy.To reduce fluctuation, you can adjust the deadband to ±1°F.

Why does the heater make beeping sounds?

The beeping indicates the heater’s safety protection system has been triggered (error codes E1–E6).Please refer to the user manual for troubleshooting and maintenance instructions.

Why is the displayed temperature inaccurate?

The screen automatically switches between the set temperature (SET) and real-time temperature every few seconds. Sensor readings update every 10 seconds and may be affected by airflow.Allow a few minutes for the temperature to stabilize.

Why doesn’t the heater respond after I select a mode?

The settings are only saved after the screen blinks three times. If another button is pressed too soon, the setting may not apply.After any change (including Day/Night mode), wait for the blinking to finish before pressing other buttons.
