I need to get in touch with customer service, the link that came with the rangefinder does not work

I would go back to your orders; find the rangefinder and contact the seller.

what is the best magnetic strap to use with this product?

I don't know the name of the one i use but it has a couple elephants on it. Works really good.

Mine seems to be off by about 10 yards. Is there a way to reset and see if that corrects the issue?

How do you know it's off by 10 yards? Mine is correct.
