i have tried hydroxcut before and yes it does work as long as you stick to it follow rhe directions it digest really well it helps with the control of your appetite no mood swings your sleep quality is better than what it use to be well for me at least your very focus when taking this hydroxcut

This does work. I’m so happy. I am taking it in conjunction with another dietary nighttime sleep aid/veggie capsules but for a preliminary fat burner it does the trick. I wonder what took me so long. I hope it helps me hit my goal in November at weigh-in’s.

This is working for me! I take one in the a.m. and it gives me energy and really curbs my appetite. Before I could seriously eat twice my weight by 10 a.m. Im going to start taking the 2nd dose at 1 p.m. and see what happens. I haven't lost weight yet but maybe over time. Zero side effects.

Day 1 I took 2 pills at 8:00AM, did not eat anything, and 2 pills again at noon. Absolutely zero hunger at 2:00PM. Ended up eating at 3:00PM (last meal was previous night at 8:00PM) even though I was not hungry. At all. This is next level apetite control. Did exactly as advertised - highly recommended.

Not a miracle solution and every person will tell you to just get off your butt and exercise, but I’m still very lazy and set in my ways.I didn’t change my active style very much (moderately active) but I didn’t end up cutting most sugars out of my diet. It is caffeinated, so transitioning to two capsules was too much for me.I did go from 181lbs to 171lbs in a month though; losing 10lbs helped me feel more confident. It was definitely a little difficult, but I had support from my partner who pushed me to eat healthier at the very least. I did start eating “better” in terms of cutting the bad fats/sugars and taking this helped me feel more motivated. It could be a placebo effect, but I’ve kept the weight off and I hope to keep going on my healthy journey.Made me super anxious, so I stuck with just 1 capsule 1-2 times daily.Might buy again, but I might just stick to cutting the negative foods out of my diet and see where it takes me. I'm not sure why I bought this thinking it had any merits, but I did. These are caffeine pills. I probably drink more coffee than I should, so I have a high tolerance to caffeine. For about a week, when I took these pills, I was wired. It was great. I'd go for a run and have energy for days. I actually beat my PR running while on these. Then after about 2 weeks, I found no difference after taking these. No more rapid heart rate, no more energy. To be completely honest, often times I'd take them and go take a nap.As for weight loss, these had zero effect. No appetite suppression, no losing weight due to increased heart rate, etc. Also, once you stop taking them, you might experience some caffeine withdraw in the form of headaches.In the end, I'd rather have a good pot of hot coffee vs take these pills. They're expensive and basically do nothing as far as weight loss is concerned - unless you count having extra energy for the first two weeks. But at FOUR pills a day as recommended, it's way overpriced.

This is a product I have used before and found to be effective. What I loved was that it was delivered after a morning order, by 6:00PM the same day. No more driving to the drugstore or Walmart, parking, shopping, waiting in checkout lines , trying to remember where you parked and driving home !! I love this service.

Was 180.6 went down to 154.8 took 1 pill daily drinking a tremendous amount of water , have a exercise bike , and ab machine from Amazon, work out 30 mins after work... no work out Saturday and Sunday... I am naturally obsessed with Salad so I threw out rice, Mac and cheese, and potatoes of any kind. U will get results regardless but I recommend the water and try diet and exercise... my weight lost is noticeable I am shooting for TONING my body , ab muscles 💪 not temporary weight lost .. but a healthy living... so I still cook chicken , fish. Steak . I just add like Mediterranean salad , chef 🥗 salad at home ... no fast food for me unless it's a smoothie or salad BUY THEM dont RUSH THE PROCESS.. AND DEFINITELY DONT OVER EAT!! U NOT HUNGRY U THIRSTY
