Great present for my niece! Very much an 80s throw back!

Lightweight. Fairly stable. Cute design although it seems less robust than the older version. There is no storage that came with it. Still fun for kids and adults. When looking thru it, there are black streak marks coming from the edge either from poor craftsmanship of the lens or the reels are not well made. Other than that it works as advertised. Sometimes the reels get stuck if not inserted properly.

Just the fact that this was an old type toy my granddaughter really liked it.

I ordered this Metallic Viewfinder on 12/15/25, and received it today (it's a gift for an after Xmas gathering). It's definitely NOT metallic, just the regular red color. I notice also that the photos have changed since I ordered mine. They all now show the regular red color, not the darker, shiny metallic red. Did they run out of the metallic and thought no would notice?? It's not a deal breaker, but not what I bought and expected to receive. Also the packaging is a little beat up, not bad, and there is an empty slot at the bottom of the package that others have also commented on. I can't comment on whether it works or not since it's a gift, but I'm not sure I would recommend the seller.

We grew up with these as kids so it’s total nostalgia seeing our kids use them now! Easy to use, good size for little hands, durable for what it is (the discs can get bent easy though), good value for the money!
