This thing is awesome. I've had a lot of cheap ones that kind of work but not really. However, this thing is amazing. The video is smooth. It doesn't cut out. It's super clear it's got a zoom feature and a rotation feature built in so you don't even have to rotate the thing in your ear. Battery life is obviously amazing cuz it's so small. The material it's made of gives it a really nice grip. It doesn't feel like it's going to slip off. The tips screw on so I wouldn't even be worried about them falling off. It weighs absolutely nothing and super easy to use. Really easy to clean. It even comes with a little brush to clean it. Overall for the money. This is way worth it. Just look at that clear shot of the eardrum.

Works really well and the camera makes it easy to see what you’re doing. The tool is comfortable to use, and I like being able to check inside the ear instead of guessing. Great quality and very convenient for home use. Last long battery. And ease to clean.

This is my second Bebird device and it is way better than the first one. I have tried no name brands and they tend to have terrible apps. This one is great. It does take a little while to pair for the first time, but after that 1st time it's fairly quick. There are photo and video options and you can flip the view depending on which ear. The photo and video aren't super crisp, but it's enough to get the job done. I my right ear was feeling full and muffled and it was clearl why after I looked in it with this camera. This helped me remove the wax and I was able to hear clearly again. It has a bunch of attachments, my favorite is the silicone cover to turn the device into an otoscope. It makes it SO much more comfortable, my son who has sensory issues didn't complain at all. My second favorite accessory is the tweezrs. They would have been a huge help when My son got a googly eye stuck up his nostril! As far as the other little tools I like the clear scoops best, but they are extremely easy to misplace. My main complaint is very small, but I do wish the case was a tiny bit bigger to hold the silicone covers, I have already lost it twice. I don't see myself using the tounge depressor, so maybe remove that and make the case a little bigger so it can gold ALL the accessories, then this would be absolutely perfect.

I have been a long-time Bebird user and bought the M9 Pro about five years ago. The new version is definitely brighter and clearer. The extra accessories are also very useful since they can be used for the nose and tongue as well. The biggest improvement for me is the connectivity. The old model required connecting to Wi-Fi manually every time, but now I just open the app and press the button. It connects quickly and has been very stable. I think it offers good value for the money. The build quality feels solid, the USB-C charging is fast, and the battery life should be excellent based on my experience with my old Bebird. The tips are comfortable as always, and the material seems to be upgraded. I actually bent and broke one of the plastic tips on my old M9 Pro, but the new ones feel firmer and more durable. The only feature I personally miss is the charging dock. The old model could sit in its charging base and also serve as a display piece. The new version charges separately with a USB-C cable. This design is probably better for travel, but since I mostly use it at home, I do miss the convenience and look of the old dock.

This Bebird otoscope is a real game changer when it comes to cleaning my children's ears. I have used older otoscopes I had, but they have never worked very well because they have particularly dry and flaky ear wax. Before the Bebird, I was using a lighted ear picker that also had a tweezer attachment. While it was pretty decent and better than the old otoscope, it was still difficult to use and hard to see. With the Bebird and especially the tweezer attachment, it works so great. I can pull out large flakes and see everything I am doing so I don't have to worry about injuring their ears. As a bonus, my kids like to watch the activity, and they can hold my phone while I work. Setup and connection via the app is very easy; it only takes a few seconds for the phone to see the device and connect. There are many attachments, but I have really only tried two different scoopers and the tweezers. They screw on to the tip and you just have to be a careful not to use too much force when you remove. I did run into and issue when I didn't screw it on tight enough and eventually it came off in my ear. If you feel like you are rotating it, but it doesn't seem to be moving on the video, it might mean it's loose, so you should tighten it immediately. Luckily, it didn't fall deeper into my ear and I was able to get it out easily.

I have been using this Bebird ear-care device for a while, and overall I am very satisfied with its performance. In terms of effectiveness, it works very well for checking and cleaning the ear safely. The camera gives a clear view, which makes the process much easier than using regular cotton swabs blindly. The connectivity is also good; it connects to the app smoothly and the image appears quickly without much delay. For value for money, I think it is worth the price because it comes with many useful accessories and a nice storage case, so everything stays organized. The design feels premium and convenient for home use. As for durability, the device and case both feel solid and well made. After several uses, it still works properly and holds up well. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an easy and effective ear-care tool.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This is my second Bebird ear camera. The first one was purchased directly from Bebirdmall back in early 2021 and was X17 Pro model. It lasted over 4 years with frequent use and lots of travel before the camera image began to deteriorate and it was time for another. This time I purchased a newer version model R37R with some extras and I have to say, once again I am impressed. The image quality for something so small is remarkable. I have heavy ear wax production and it's often very dry so that ability to see so clearly and effectively to remove the blockages is fantastic. I think these are a great product, especially for those that struggle with heavy wax production issues. This model also came with extra fittings that would allow it to be converted to a tongue depressor with the ability to see tonsils or tooth related issues easily. I highly recommend. Now at the same time I ordered an ear wax vacuum removal tool which was ineffective and is going back, but the Bebird ear cameras will be part of my health kit for sure. Portable: This one comes with a very nice travel case, although some of the larger accessories aren't designed to go into the travel case so you still end up with having to find a home for other attachments. But if you're just traveling whittle ear camera and the small spoon, drag and tweezer attachments it all fits in the travel case nicely. Ease of use: Remove the unit, power it on and search for its wifi signal and connect. It's that easy with the app to get started. The App only has 3-stars on App Store but to be honest I think it works quite well. My only comment on the app is I prefer to use the camera setting for the Left Ear when I am actually work in the right ear. The picture orientation works better for me that way. Otherwise I consider it to be great as well.

OMG I really love this product. Made cleaning my kids ears way easier. The lights really helped me see the target area and the fact that kids can see what is in their ear & the dirt in their ear made them way more cooperative. I stumbled a bit re connecting the app and device. But managed to do so easily by going to my phone wifi menu and add the device to the wifi via the wifi menu. Definitely would recommend this product.
