I mounted this hand dryer in our meat processing building, where frequent handwashing is the norm, and anyone who’s used it remarks about how nice it is, especially after handling refrigerated meats. It was easy to wire for a plug in outlet, and wall mounting was quick and easy. The controls are essentially set it and forget it, and the touchless sensors are quick to respond, providing almost instant heat, as well as rapid drying. It’s both cleaner and more sanitary in my application, and even wipes up easily. It’s been a huge upgrade when processing, and wouldn’t go back to towels now that I’ve been thoroughly spoiled by this hand dryer.

So, I help with various conventions and such in my area, and have built a portable washroom truck that we bring, to save on porta-potty fees. It has 12 stalls, running water for handwashing stations, and all the solar power you could wish for. That said, that solar power was going to waste (we diverted power to other things to use some up), but with this hand-dryer, it not only uses up that extra power (but always plenty to spare), and saves us on paper-towels, which literally end up in the trash. This way, other than emptying the black tanks, and the basic garbage in trash cans, we don't have a ton of wasted to deal with. Less garbage is always a good thing. It's strong and easily dries hands quite fast, while using a relatively low amount of electricity, making it perfect for our usage! Loving it!

It was bigger than I expected but nonetheless looks good the bathroom and have people asking about it and wanting to use it when they come over. Easy to install, quality seems good so far and it's easy to function and use, I would say a good value for your money.

Setup for this unit has a hardwire or plug in option. I opted for the plug in installation. The unit has a mounting bracket that is attached with two screws on the bottom. You take this off and install the bracket on the wall, so your not fighting with the unit to get it in place, it works well. The screws and inserts are included. The unit itself runs around the same volume as a hair dryer, it moves a good amount of air, I would say its is a tad bit less noisy than others I have heard considering the amount of air this moves. The heat takes about 5 seconds to get warm, if you want really warm air you can start a second cycle. I was worried that the circuit would trip the breaker but it works with no issues on a 15 amp breaker at high settings. The volume at the source is around 90 DB, through a non fire rated door its down to 64 db. So while you can hear it, its not really disruptive in the next room over. I see a difference in the reduction of paper products, as long as this works for about 18 months or more the savings of 2.5-3 rolls a week will completely offset the cost of the unit. The garbage bags and time saved emptying the bin is a bonus on top of this savings. The unit looks clean and neat even with the cord visible.

The commercial dryer is quite versatile, you can mount it on the wall if needed or just place it on the floor with a stable base. It can be hardwired or plugged in using the included cable. It’s mainly intended for commercial use, though I wouldn’t recommend it for high-traffic areas. It’s more suitable for small offices or even home bathrooms. The settings panel on the side is easy to access, and since it uses switches, it’s simple to operate, no need to program anything extra. The build feels solid and durable, though not heavy-duty. It’s a device that needs to be handled with some care if you want it to last a long time. It’s easy to use, and the sensors do a good job detecting hands inside the drying area. On the lowest setting, the airflow might feel weak if the heater isn’t turned on. For best results, it’s best to use both the maximum air and heat settings. That works fine in an office, but at home, you might notice your lights flicker a bit because of the power it draws, though that also depends on your home’s electrical setup.
