Added to salads it gives a dimension of flavor
My husband was on a weight loss program which had boxed entrées, and required him to eat five servings of fruits and vegetables; a serving is one cup, except a serving of leafy greens is three cups. I was making him large salads everyday and I used this with various specialty vinegars on his salad and he loved it. He lost 30 pounds and even though we went on vacation for a month he's kept the weight off and even dropped a few more pounds. It's the little things!
