Very usefull

I purchased this item before and thought I'll buy an additional set since I loved it so much. Big mistake. The items I purchased was an Amazon Renewed product. I understand they may have flaws and was previously used by other customers, However, one of the two set were not correctly factory reset. it was registered to another account/user. I was very disappointed. I tried everything to reset the product but nothing works. I wished I could have kept one of the working item but I needed to return both product since it was originally purchased as a set. Before you make your purchase decision, always inspect your items. Overall, the size and the value for your money would be great if there's no problem. The battery life is great. Durability is not a problem. Connectivity could be easy UNLESS you run into the issue I did.

Okay but I received one white tag with the battery plastic protection, renewed, and one black tag without the battery plastic, it was on, someone tracking it? :(

Works great. after a couple days one battery showed low so you may need a replacement the battery other one is fine just note it before going on a trip.

Both tags came in sealed boxes, but battery protection tabs were already pulled out. Since they were "renewed," that was not surprising. BUT... both of them are worthless to me because when I went to pair them, they both are already registered to someone else's account. Went through Samsung support, and it is impossible to reset them. (That's a good feature, actually, since it means someone can't steal the device and reset it on their own.) Sending them back and waiting another 6 weeks... If they are messed up again, I'll have to go with the new ones. I already have one, and I like it.
