My last LITTLE GIANT CONDENSATION PUMP stopped working after years of use,so I wanted the same . Received this one and it,s working fine. The box and inside contents look fine as another reviewer had stated he received one that had the motor switched ( not sure who he purchased it from) but this one looks legit.The water flow is fine,same size as my last one so replacement was quick, no leaks so far, all good.

This pump was easy to install. Got tired of paying HVAC installers / repair people between $200 and $300 to install condensate pumps so I ordered the pump and installed it myself. (I'm a 75-year-old female.) The tank on my previous pump was inadvertently broken when a new water heater was installed (by a professional) next to it. This pump worked fine for 2 months when suddenly I noticed a puddle on the floor next to the utility closet in which it sat. Couldn't figure out the problem because I thought I could hear the pump cycle on and off. I ordered a new unit and installed it. Afterward, I decided to test this old unit in the kitchen sink. The pump worked fine (shot water up to my ceiling). Then I saw the problem. The tank had cracked. I don't know how it could have happened because it sat in a utility closet between my furnace and water heater. Seldom do I ever even open the door to that closet. Makes no sense to me. I'm saving the pump just in case my new pump stops working and the tank is still intact.

Works like a charm and so easy to set up!

Amazing item for the price. Easy setup and wiring in. I cut the plug end off and wired it into the box inside the furnace. I connected all the hoses and ready to fire up. I filled with water and turned on the switch, it pumped fast and emptied the tank in no time and shut off ass it should. The check valve held great too and off we go to the race track.

This has been installed and is working beautifully . Does the job it is supposed to.
