Fantastic camera,easy to set up and wireless connectivity is excellent, this is at the back of the garden and has constant 70% signal,the battery has not dropped below 95% even with the dark nights coming in, app is easy to use and response time to the camera is quick, though that will depend on the signal strength, all in all probably the best one I have had so far.

Let me start by saying this is an excellent camera with one caveat. Like other reviews the motion sensor is not 100% reliable, it will capture most movement very well and when it does, the picture quallity is an improvement on previous versions ot the Argus PT. (I have the older Argus PT 2K camera that hasn't missed a beat) For the first two weeks it worked flawlessly, however it appears to have developed a fault whereby it will not record every person/vehicle as it did (and should do) Re booted several times to no avail. I have initiated a return and may re-order the same camera hoping this is an isolated fault as I cannot have a security camera that does not work as it should 100% of the time. Edit 17 July 24 I did purchase another camera shortly after returning the faulty one to Amazon which was delivered and instaled on 5th July 24. I have also been contacted by Reolink Customer Services on this matter and have to say the level of assistance provided by "Sandy" has been noting short of exemplary. Unpon reflection perhaps I should have contacted Customer Support rather than just returning it to Amazon as faulty. I have upgraded my star rating to reflect the product and Cusomer Service Support.

I was gonna complain like hell about how rubbish this is , hopefully ive managed to delete it . it was my error , I didnt fit the antenna , terrible reception without it lol . So I had to move the green house again back up the wobbly ladder and now it works good , nice picture easy to set up . hope the battery lasts as I dont want to go up there again .

Excellent product

So, 2 days in and the battery is flat and the S facing solar panel doesn't produce enough to keep the camera working. It doesn't charge via C to C type connector in situ. Advice is to turn of the PIR to reduce consumption. Really!!! ! Also poor latency - things have disappeared before they can be seen and the PT is slow to react. The zoom is ok but fixed camera angle is worse than my Arlo's. Resolution is ok. And I suspect its not totally waterproof. My TAPO comes with grommet for C connector - this charge point is open to the elements when inserted. Camera disconnects when battery flat so I'm not going up and down a ladder to fix this every other day ===== so it's going back.

Happy to recommend. It felt like a good quality item coming out of the box. Despite not being particularly good at either DIY or technology, I had it set up and mounted within about an hour. Device is working fine 3 weeks later and no problems. Like most things in the security space, you pay for what you get, but I'm happy with this relatively low priced item (and cheaper things I've bought haven't been good investments)

Having purchased the additional solar panel, I find it needs a good couple of days of sunny weather to re-charge. In the UK, they are few and far between. The main issue for me, is the delay between motion and recording which is about 3-4 seconds. The playback often fails to load the recording with a failure message. The ability to sense different types of motion can be unpredictable. Despite setting the software not to detect vehicle motion, it often records useless vehicle motion, further draining the battery. The picture quality is good though, and the product works pretty much ok. It suits my purposes quite well, since the delay doesn't matter too much. Overall, an average product, ok for its price.

Excellent, easy to fit , brilliant picture, well worth the money for peace of mind.

camera was precies wat wij er van verwachten (er was een klein probleempje met de kleur weergave maar dat werd netjes opgelost door Reolink) de prijs kwaliteit verhouding is ook prima , en ook het feit dat de camera op wifi is en met een zonnepaneel was voor ons een reden van aanschaf .

E' un'ottima telecamera WiFi con batteria. La confezione è molto curata e la dotazione è molto ricca, fornendo alternative per il montaggio e gli strumenti necessari per eseguirlo. E' molto pratica e veloce da montare tramite la cinghia fonita, che si può avvolgere intorno ad un tubo e ad un altro tipo di sostegno. Alternativamente si può usare la placca fornita, da fissare tramite tasselli ad una parete o ad una struttura verticale. La capacità di ricevere il segnale WiFi è molto buona: è in grado di connettersi anche con un segnale non ottimale (come è stato nel mio caso). Non ho trovato (magari esiste) una alternativa che fornisca il supporto di entrambe le frequenze standard del WiFi. Il pannello solare fornito a corredo è anch'esso fornito della doppia modalità di montaggio. Il cavo elettrico di collegamento alla telecamera è lungo 4 metri, consentendo molta flessibilità nella posizione di montaggio reciproco. Anche se il pannello non è esposto direttamente al sole, la capacità di carica della batteria della telecamera consente di mantenerla almeno a livello costante durante le 24 ore e incrementarlo fino al 100% nelle giornate più soleggiate. La risoluzione di 4K consente di vedere i dettagli più fini anche a diversi metri di distanza (anche se si ingrandisce al massimo l'immagine tramite la applicazione, l'immagine rimane nitida). La registrazione con la applicazione è semplice e veloce ed è persino guidata vocalmente dalla telecamera stessa che guida durante le varie fasi. E' possibile con essa regolare la luminosità dell'immagine per adattarla alle varie condizioni di luce e abilitare/disabilitare le principali funzionalità e tipi di notifiche. L'applicazione consente di gestire più telecamere senza ricorrere all'acquisto di hub o dovere sottoscrivere un abbonamento ai servizi offerti. Ho avuto in precedenza altre due diverse telecamere, ma questa ha caratteristiche molto superiori, che mi farebbero considerarle professionali e coerenti con l'accuratezza della confezione e dei materiali inclusi. Sono molto soddisfatto e ne ho acquistata una seconda.
