I bought the NUC Tall version specifically for business use — mainly for Office work, Outlook, and video meetings — and it has exceeded expectations. On the side, I also use it to run retro games from the PlayStation 1 & 2 era, and it handles them beautifully. I purchased it as a barebone unit, then installed a 2TB Samsung 990 Pro SSD and 64GB Kingston Fury RAM. Overkill? Definitely. But the performance is incredibly stable and lightning fast. I rarely hear the fans, and even when I do, they’re quiet and subtle. If you're looking for a compact, powerful, and nearly silent machine for work (and a bit of nostalgic gaming), this setup is perfect.

El equipo sirvio perfectamente 1 dia y al dia 2 ya no quizo prender ni hacer nada. Voy a darle una 2da oportunidad y voy a comprar otro para validar si fue mala suerte o que el equipo no es bueno.

Cooling optimization is really bad and most of the time reaches 110 degrees C while in boost mode. Also, while turning off boost mode, it is just slow. Is it intended to degrade the CPU over time by reaching the TJ max temp and kill it?

Easy to set up, completely silent, very fast processing for standard uses, good storage capacity. Need to buy adapter for stereo speakers

Best mini I've used so far. Exceptional quality, which is whats most important in mini pcs which dont have much room for error when it comes to cooling. Can definitely be used as a small server, or just an everyday desktop without compromise. Not for gamers, not that it can't, just not what its designed for. Takes a little know-how if doing it barebones, but you get a better value if you do your own memory and drives, but drivers to some work getting right.
