Excellent sound but had to return them because they kept falling out of my ears. I’m trying a different Lenovo ear bud with different shape. These could be excellent for the right person due to their ears.

The sound is decent but they keep falling out of my ears. As other have mentioned, the touch sensor is in very inconvenient location. For instance, when I'm speaking with someone on the phone and need to readjust them in my ear, since they keep wanting to fall out, I unintentionally keep hanging up on people. All I can say is I wish I didn't buy them. Update: moving the rating down to one star because these buds are unusable for zoom/teams meetings. The sound is delayed and both buds are not in sync, meaning I first hear people in the left bud and after a second I finally hear it on the right. Also, the mic isn't working either and I tried that on 2 different laptops.

11/10, I forgot I had them in my pocket for 15 mins and when I realized I thought they were broken , but they were fine, then later I dropped them and stepped on them they were fine, now 4 months later they are starting to break down 11/10 product will Definity buy again

The earbuds are quite slick, and you barely feel them when they are in your ears... sounds like a good thing, but actually they just continuously fall out and you can't feel them move when they do. It took me all of 40 minutes using them to realize I lost one somewhere, and at that point there was no finding it (out in the world). I am trhe type to take care of my things, never lost a phone or anything like that, but these are gone now without (essentially) any use. I fully recommend passing on these and ALL wireless earbuds, they are a waste of time and money. The wire is not so inconvenient that anyone should go this route. As far as the sound goes? What little I heard was fine, but not good quality sound. The earbuds constantly lost connection to my phone (in my pocket), and the sound cutting out over and over definitely contributed to my not noticing that I had lost an earbud.

The price is great, the shape is exactly as advertised, BUUUUT it keeps making really loud beeps and dings and boops in my ear at seemingly random times. None of the manuals or anything on their website ever mentions this, so there is no tech support available. It gets really annoying sometimes. Also sometimes they just get quieter for no apparent reason, and I have to put them back in the case and take them back out, and that fixes it. This might be a problem with my phone?

I honestly really love this particular pair of earbuds. I am very clumsy so I lose my earbuds all the time so back when team move first came to the US my mom bought me some cheap pairs of earbuds so that if I lost them it wouldn't be that big a deal. And these were my favorite. They stopped selling them on timu but I just lost the earbuds but not the case so I ordered them on here and this was a different model but I have been ordering this one for the past year honestly I replaced the ones I own about five times in the past 7 months just because I lose them all the time and this is my go-to. They work really well they have some noise cancellation but not completely so I can wear them to work and be able to ignore my coworkers when they get annoying but be able to pick up anything I might need to step in for. I do agree with a lot of the comments that the fit isn't really the best but that's if you're moving a lot. They might come loose but other than that they're great and I just lost my earbuds today so I'm ordering another pair I just thought I'd try to get into leaving reviews for the products I like.
