Great way to read
Books are downloaded from Barnes and Noble when they are requested. Books become owned and not just rented. Reader is a good size for your hands and reads easily.

Love reading again!!
This is the perfect to read my books on! I got to wear it was hard to see the font on books. So I had to start listening to audio books. It just wasnt the same! Now I can read my books and see just fine!

Refurbishing Company needs to do better
Was poorly packed into the retain packaging by refurbishing company…I mean poorly. Just luck nothing was damaged or scratched up. (Amazon packing did a good job packing in outer box.) Otherwise it functions as new and poor packing notwithstanding, a good deal over all.

Stopped working after a few months
Not worth getting refurbished...screen froze and unable to reset or let charge die after a few months of use. Only use now is to use as a drink coaster...never responded for assistance

Good purchase
Love it and that is has the buttons. I have a kindle and wanted another e-reader for when I’m reading another book as I like to read more than 1 book at a time. My only complaint is that it doesn’t seem to stay charged very long compared to my kindle. Regardless good purchase.
