I’ve been taking these Myo-Inositol gummies for two months now. At first, I didn’t believe they would make a difference. During the first week I had a bit of a headache and strong sugar cravings, but after that I noticed something amazing — the sugar cravings disappeared, I started to lose some weight, and my skin condition improved. I have PCOS, and since taking these, my periods have become less painful and my anxiety has gone down noticeably. Inositol is also known to support hormonal balance, ovarian health, mood stability, and metabolic function. So far, I’m very happy with these gummies — they taste good, are easy to take, and I can actually see real results.

This has a pleasant taste of pineapples. I have been struggling with hormones, muscle aches, & difficulty falling a sleep. This supplement has been a key to unlocking what my body was lacking. I have noticed my weight loss shift past my plato after 1 wk of faithful bedtime use, the ability to fall & stay a sleep and wake rested with out grogginess during the day and have energy during the day to exercise with muscle fatique. Also I dont crave sweets while taking this. Dr approved of the dosing of the inositoL for sugar/ insulin regulation to help with hormones. At this point I would say it is effective, ease in chewing fully to dissolve and drink back with water with NO chalky or residue left on my teeth. I bought these inositol gummies since before I had problems with the regulation of my period and since I started taking them now my period is regular, it has also helped me in my mood I recommend them they are definitely worth it their flavor is pleasant there is price and quality

I really liked these inositol gummies. They are easy to chew and have a pleasant flavour. I love that they combine Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro Inositol along with vitamins and minerals such as D3, zinc and omega-3. In my experience, they have helped me feel more balanced and with better general well-being. In addition, they do not cause stomach discomfort and are a good option for those who prefer supplements in the form of gummies

It's good and tastes very good, their yellow gummies are very sweet, healthy, I consume them because they are good

I thought as a gummy, they were very tasty and had lots of good vitamins and supplements. Only issue for me was it reacted negatively with my body, I had an itchy rash/hives appear around my elbows and thighs. It’s probably some kind of hormonal sensitivity since I’ve been on birth control for my PCOS, and maybe the inositol might’ve triggered a crazier imbalance? Like if the BC is meant to somewhat stabilize things, and then the inositol is also trying to, it could’ve very well just been my body confused. Anyways, I gave them to my mom, who has PCOS and not on BC, and they worked a lot better for her without any rash. Just a heads up if anyone believes they may have an intolerance/sensitivity in general to these kinds of things.

Ever since I began taking these gummies I have seen a true difference in my gut health, aside from feeling more energetic I can now say I no longer have constant stomach issues throughout my day. It has been effective and quickly, I absolutely love the texture of the gummies because they are easy to chew and not hard.
