Print Page TN2365 Toner is working well with good clarity prints. It is also suggested that toner is used with compatible same Print Page Drum to obtain good quality prints. Customer support is also good

I bought it based on the many positive reviews about this brand. It turned out to perform just as well as the original one and is also much cheaper than the original Brother drum. The brand has also made refilling very easy by providing an easily accessible refill cap. In the original toner tank, a few screws need to be removed to access the refill cap. It’s not really difficult, but some people may find it inconvenient. This isn’t an issue with the Print Page toner tank.

I opened the box after the return window had been closed. I found an issue of thick dark lines in the print. Amazon refused return request over phone. Surprisingly, Print Page Support team provided a neat solution with a real interest of resolving the problem. Good People. Issue was not in the new toner but the old drum unit (acc to them, which I didn't agree). They offered to courier a new drum unit at no cost and when I tried with it, it was first class print. I offered to pay but they refused. It was not at all necessary for them to offer correct solution at zero cost as the problem was in my printer. That's the real spirit of customer service. Really appreciate it.

Waste products, not working

It's good and usefull and easy to install and refill . Function well. No noise. It has proper seal. Used for all types of printer.

I can print the page without any issues. Still will monitor for more days to see if any issues arises.
