Does this work on a Leica M7?

Sorry can't provide a definitive answer, but FWIW, the sync terminal plug -- as you likely know -- is a standard plug. Doesn't mean the treads are, I guess, but I can say it worked on my Fujifilm X-T1. Hopefully a more experienced lighting guy can give you a definite yes or no.

Does this fit om system om-1?

Despite others saying that it fits on the Olympus/OM cameras, the cap I received does not fit on either my OM-D E-M1 Mark III or my OM-1. It does fit the connector, but the threads don't appear to be the same so it will not screw on. Unfortunate as the cap appears to be well made and fairly priced.

Will this fit a canon ae-1?

I used this for my Nikon digital camera, not sure if it could fit with a Canon camera.
