Glasses arrived unbroken, the size is excellent, lightweight and makes that beautiful crystal humm. Will probably end up getting another set for when we have company.

Udisons reached out TO ME concerning recent *possible* shipping of broken glasses. I was near I shock as I actually had received one glass which was broken. Not being someone who wishes to whine much, especially considering Amazon's policy to have manufacturers send an entire new set free of charge - I had decided to simply live with it. I had even bought another set after the first to supplement the loss. But Udisons representatives reached out first, without my saying anything at all, and offered to replace any broken glasses - which they did! I am writing this review because, never, in my entire Amazon shopping experience - have I been met with such a proactive and concerned customer service experience. Beyond this, I am very pleased with this product. For the price point - it is an excellent and elegant design which I am proud to offer my guests. If I had any critique it would be to move/hide, or improve the laser etched the text logo at the bottom of the glass. The product is so elegant and enjoyable in design, I feel it retracts, if ever-so-slightly, from the overall product experience. Other than that, I hope any reader of this review understands that this company is TRULY committed to customer satisfaction. And as well we all know, in this day and age - that is always good buy. These are nice. A little more angled than I had imagined but they still feel good in my hand. The size is HUGE and can be misleading 😅 Very durable so far!

We have been looking for a red wine glass that is both beautiful and practical. I sold crystal for several years and think that these hand blown glasses are superior. The shape enables you to swirl the wine to aerate it, without spilling the contents. The stem is thin and comfortable to hold and the rim is fine. We love them! The company has followed up via email to make sure we are satisfied with our purchase. A good value for the price as well.

In general with wine glasses, the amount of aeration varies depending on the grape. Richer grapes, vs thinner ones, oaked vs unoaked, aged vs young demand higher or lower levels of aeration in order for the wine to continue its development towards its peak. You don't want too much air on a young white which is why you never see it decanted and served in narrow glasses, unlike an 20 year old oaky cab that will require lots of oxygen and decanting. Most people aren't going to have the knowledge as to what glasses to use for which varietals. Even then the odds of you owning all the different glasses to accommodate such a variety is also unlikely. Therefore, an all purpose glass that can be used for any wine is essential. These are by far the best universal glasses money can buy. The only way to go up from these glasses is a Zaltos. Otherwise, unless you want to own a specially designed Burgundy, bordeaux, syrah, and white wine glass, buy these glasses. The only option for better universal glasses are zaltos which cost $100 a stem.

These glasses are super sexy and gorgeous! I don’t own Gabriel Glas wine glasses but I’ve drank out of them before and these are very similar (without the price tag). These are indeed very delicate and I do feel like we must be extra careful handling. That said, I had one broken glass and a customer service rep “immediately” resolved by sending a replacement glass at no cost. I would purchase again and even buy these sets as gifts for family/friends.
