When adjusting to a barefoot shoe, wear them 15 minutes, then 20, 30, 45, etc. etc. to adapt The roomy toe box is amazing for those of us with bunions. But as you walk in these, you will notice that your posture and your stance are different. So you just have to get used to this slowly. I bought some barefoot shoes because I was hearing that people were getting rid of their hip and knee issues as they eased into wearing these types of shoes. I am using them as much as I can. No hip and knee pain so far.

I did add an insert that gave me more heel support. I love these shoes, I bought the boots as well! My foot biomechanics are slowly returning to being able to roll off the ball of the big toe!
