A perfect oil-control moisturizer that smooths and refines and minimizes pores. It’s especially beneficial for those with textured skin, for teens, young adults, or adults who experience excess shine, enlarged pores, or recurring breakouts but still want skin that feels hydrated without heaviness. It’s also recommended for people with sensitive skin who need an expert-developed formula that’s been tested for safety and efficacy. If you’ve tried harsh acne treatments that left your skin dry, tight, or irritated, this formula provides the right balance: controls oil while keeping skin comfortably moisturized. Review: Non-irritating and no scent - The title of this product (Pharmaceris COMEDERM Skin Perfecting Dermo-Cream Cleanses to Unclog and Refine Pores) confused me when I first saw it. Wasn't sure if it was a cream or a cleanser. Apparently it's a cream that cleanses but you're not rinsing this off. I think it's a part of a 3 step system which I do not have the other two items, just this cream. I like that it doesn't have a scent and even thought I applied it after I did a peel off mask, it did not irritate my skin at all. It didn't cause redness or sting in any way. I applied it just in the T-zone area and it did seem to mattify my skin. I usually have oily skin but it's more pronounced during the summer months. Even though it's winter now and my skin isn't as oily, the T-zone did not seem as oily as normal so it helped in controlling the oily regions of my face. I haven't used it long enough to see if it truly keeps my pores unclogged and refined. So far it's been good and I'll continue to add it to my daily routine since it cuts down on the shine and left my skin feeling soft and nourished. I'll report back if anything changes. I'm glad I was able to get this to try out. Review: Soothing feel, slightly perfumed. - I have fairly persistent acne despite nearly being 40yo. This seemed an appropriate investment for me. It's made in Poland, distributed in America by a New York company, and has addresses for all this and a contact phone number on the bottle. After the excessive number of "no idea where this was made" products I've seen, I find it reassuring to find that sort of information on the bottle. It's a criteria for what products I'm willing to try. The bottle is inside a sealed box, but there is no seal on the bottle itself to prevent tampering, which was mildly concerning. It didn't seem like the sort of thing that would be easy to mess with though, so I went ahead and used it. The lotion goes on smoothly, though I had to do many squeezes to get enough for each section of my face. It feels nice, and it's lightly perfumed. Personally, I'd rather no scents, but it's not an irritating scent, at least. The bottle warns that it can make your skin more sensitive to sunlight. This is not unusual in skincare products for acne, but it's something to be aware of. I cannot speak to whether or not it helps with pores. I'm not allowed to as a Vine reviewer. I have not tried this as a primer for foundation yet, but I'll update this review if that happens.

Works well with oily skin
I'm a 50+ adult male still gets adult acne and has oily skin. Doing a little research, the Pharmaceris brand seems to be legit brand from Europe and definitely dermatologist created, and recommended. I am familiar with one of the main ingredients with niacinimide which seems to work well with my skin type. This cream also has a couple other ingredients. I'm not familiar with, but I thought I would give it a try. I'm using this product in combination with their SEBO ALMOND PEEL 5% Dermo-Exfoliating Night Cream. They seem well to work together to control my breakouts in my problem areas and also control the oils in my skin without drying me out. I think there's a slight improvement in my pores, but nothing super dramatic. The product has a smiled sent, but it's not overwhelming and I'm pretty sensitive. It's easy to apply and it's not irritating to my skin nor do I think it makes me super sensitive to sun, but it's also the winter so I can't say with absolute certainty. I like these products and I've added them to my daily routine. It will take longer used to confirm if there's an actual dramatic change, but so far things are positive.

Not for sensitive skin
I did the mistake of using this as a regular moisturizer and instantly regretted it. To be fair, the bottle does also say that this contains AHA which is not good for sensitive skin and will need sunscreen after. My skin is not considered sensitive, but I still felt the burning on my skin so I would not recommend this as a full-blown moisturizer but only to spot moisturize on the parts of my face that breaks out a lot, which is typically my chin area. It can also be really drying on the skin. After I use this to spot moisturize, I do put sunscreen all over my face to make it less drying. Overall, I do feel like this cream does a pretty good job to lessen my breakouts.

Has really helped....
Unfortunately, even though in in my early 40's I still breakout especially around a specific time of the month. 🙄 This product definitely seems to be helping. I have had less breakouts this last month and the ones I did have when I started using it went away quickly. I noticed the redness on the breakouts went down after the first use. The cream is thick but spreads easily. I only use a small amount in my t-zone as that's where I really need it. It doesn't dry out my skin and actually leaves it quite moisturized. It has a very light clean scent that goes away quickly. This is a quality product that works well to decrease my breakouts. I definitely recommend.

Part of my daily routine!
This cream is great! Since receiving this cream, it has become part of my daily routine after I'm done showering or cleansing my skin. I take a little pea sized amount (a little goes a long way) and apply it where I tend to get whiteheads/blackheads (usually around my nose). I can say that I have noticed considerable improvement with the appearance of the pesky whiteheads/blackheads around my nose over the past few weeks of consistently using this cream! And I still have SO much cream left in the squeeze tube (it's a surprisingly larger tube than I expected too). Highly recommend!

Not greasy and skin feels clean afterwards
This facial cleanser has a pleasant light scent and goes on smooth. It made my skin feel smoother afterwards. It doesn't leave a greasy feeling behind either. It does contain alpha hydroxy acid so take the necessary precautions when using.
