Works Great with the glue
I Installed them before heading to class which I would recommend. I started following the brand on Instagram and they sent me a tutorial of how to install so it was a pluss, I would put the glue on the palms and a little on the knuckles, so the grips will stay on. They gave me a lil bit more confidence in the workout because one of my biggest fears is to rip off my hand. I love everything Pink so that's another plus.
