On connait déjà la qualité des chocolats Valrhona. Cela fait la différence quand vous patissez. Les chocolats de cette marque sont moins sucrés, ne brûlent pas qd vous voulez les faire fondre au micro onde. J'enlève une étoile, car le prix reste quand même excessif.

I never heard of blond chocolate in my entire life. Tried these and am hooked. I'm always on a diet and i count calories. I eat 9 of these little gems every day (about 200 calories). They have a unique taste. Creamy, chocolate, something "blonde" in them, don't know how to describe it. I let them melt in my mouth slowly. I will always have these on hand. I do not bake with them. I eat them right out of the bag.

These are very delicious. I use them as rewards when my grandkids do the right thing without being asked! Out of all the things my youngest wanted for her Birthday she chose a “small bag of melting chocolate”. Now I feel like Grandma must have them on hand. Which would be OK if I could keep my hands out of them. I have not had a chance to make any thing out of them yet, I have been warned that “they are perfect the way that they are!” I always have to keep them hid and change the hiding place often! They arrived in great shape, but I did order in the winter. Will definitely order again just as soon as I figure out a new hiding spot! They melt in my mouth perfectly so I do plan on making some candy with them. But it will need to be a top secret operation…
