Can I use this mat with shoes on for my workouts?

We recommend not wearing shoes. Yoga mats are primarily designed for barefoot practice. If you choose to wear shoes, we recommend using clean indoor shoes with non-marking soles to maintain the quality of the mat and ensure its longevity.

Is the non-slip feature effective for intense workouts or hot yoga?

Absolutely! Our mat's non-slip surface is designed to excel, even during intense workouts and hot yoga sessions where you might sweat more.

How do I clean this mat?

Cleaning is a breeze! Just wipe the mat with a damp cloth. Regular maintenance will keep your mat in good condition for a long time.

Not at all! Our mat is lightweight and easy to carry, making it perfect for both at-home and on-the-go workouts. You won't be weighed down while transporting it to the gym or your favorite practice spot.
