What size is the fabric

It is narrower than the typical fabric width of 53” or so. I did not measure it but I think is was around 40” wide. Used it inside cosmetic bags - very effective.

Would it be waterproof enough for cushions for my garden furniture I like in quite wet area

I used it to recover kitchen chairs as I have young mucky children. I use hot soapy water to wash the covers down. You could use it to cover garden cushions but if they are in a wet area all the time I’m not sure if it’s robust enough for that!

Can it be machine stiched?

Yes it can, you may have to adjust tension on sewing machine I made a car seat cover without any problem

Is this fabric also breathable.

Yes I've just made face masks with it.
