Helpful tool for sciatica etc.
I really like this pack. I keep it in the freezer part of my office refrigerator. I pull it out when I am having some soreness in my lower back or butt. It doesn’t take long to freeze but doesn’t stay frozen extremely long but that makes it more mobile in my opinion. IT DOES NOT SWEAT. You won’t have a wet spot. Have it ready for the end of the day, wrap it around your lower back and use it in the ride home. Very comfortable. I really like this thing. It is also a great price. It’s a comfy neoprene that velcros on. Fits comfortably under your shirt. Can go very small to fairly large person too. I’m 6’2” 200 lbs. This helps with pain relief.

Great product
I had back surgery and this product got me through the recovery without any pain killers. The fit is perfect and they stay in place. I wore them at work because they are sleek and not bulky under clothes.

Excellent for my Aching Back!
This was a great purchase! I ordered one, but actually got 2. ,(same price). The adjustable Velcro belt would probably fit almost anyone, and it's helped my back tremendously. Definitely worth the price, even if I only got one! I can also slide my cell phone into the front to listen to music as l do household chores. Highly recommended.
