Works great for me but I take 1 capsule 3 times a day instead of 2 at night. It took about a month but it’s replaced my prescription anxiety meds.

Product was bought with hopes of helping in sleep regulation and duration. A big fact in its favor is that it is organic. I take two before bedtime and I do feel the relaxing affect and drowsiness before much time elapses. I tend to sleep longer and deeper and will continue to use. The smell is not the most pleasant, but is not too off putting as to discontinue use.

Did NOT work for me at all! Save your loot! $24.00 for what? Definitely should have returned it.

My sleep has definitely improved since adding this to my bed time routine. It smells SO BAD. You have to wash your hands after handling.
