Are these cues a good weight, as one I have is like a feather no weight in the cue at all so very little power behind the shot,

No they are not very heavy at all,but for my 6x3 table in the garage they are fine,good for tight spots. I'm no Ronny o,Sullivan.

What size tips do these have?

diameter is about 1.2cm, but head narrows to possibly 0.8cm?

Do these cues come with rubber ends?
