No technical help
I purchased this to replace a similar alarm system that was becoming unreliable. This one appears to be well made but the instructions are not the easiest to understand even though I used to install and design security systems in my younger days I thought it would be easier. However my main concern was the lack of response from the company when I asked for help. It took considerable time to receive a response which was short lived so don’t expect any help if you need it. Also I found the signal range of devices to the control panel was poor so before installing devices test the range first.

Product sent with outer pakage's product badly Damaged.
The item or product has been sent with the outer product's box badly damage. I could possibly acept it if the product inside was not an electronic item.
