I love this product! It helps me sleep, it helps my gi tract be regular, and I just feel better! Great product!

There might be a slight problem with quality control... I found a hair in my most recent purchase. It was not my first purchase, and it won't be my last, I'm happy with the product overall. I'll just have to purchase another container. I don't know that the price tag is worth it. It's a little high. I would feel more comfortable paying a higher price it if had a small amount of mag threonate in it, but I like this combination. It's effective.

This relieves muscle soreness and helps with deep sleep. It is well worth the investment.

The only magnesium that helps me sleep and so thankful it comes in this form as I am unable to swallow capsules.

Very strong taste, even unflavored. It's easier to buy the pills and break them open: those taste better.

Despite claims, this isn't a high quality magnesium and is actually comprised of too many forms that are poorly absorbed. When magnesium can't be absorbed properly, it causes stomach upset, indigestion, and an open invitation to getting to know your bathroom intimately. I wish I'd known that before, but I never had a reason to research it with my other genuinely good quality magnesium supplements. Lesson learned. On top of that, the unflavored has a terrible taste, a worse after taste, and a prominently chalky texture. In fact, it's so chalky that despite blending it with a drink mix that makes nearly everything taste creamy, the magnesium came through strongly in a bad way and left a flour-like coating on my tongue. I wish I hadn't bought this. Don't waste your money like I did. Skip it and save yourself the misery.

This supplement definitely helps me get a deeper, more restful sleep. On the days I take it, I fall asleep quicker and wake up more refreshed. The only downside is the taste — it’s not really plain but more like a crushed pill or BC/Goody’s powder flavor, which can be hard to get down even when mixed with juice. Because of that, I’ve since ordered a flavored version to make it easier to take. That said, I do feel like the unflavored formula works faster and seems a bit stronger. If you can tolerate the taste, this one delivers results.
