they took FOREVER to get here but they are beautiful

My husband bought these for me and was worried they weren't going to be square shaped but they are! There is a blank tile as well, I would call it a "blank rune" but there's no such thing so I'm going to assume its a replacement stone for if you lost one of the runes. But they truly are beautiful, I especially love pulling them out and using them in the sun! The gold leafing is a little bit messy but as I've been using them it starts to wear off the stone and stays in the little groves so it hasn't really been an issue. on top of that, if the gold ever does wear off the stones, the stones have been engraved so all it would take is some resin to drop into those grooves and they would brand new again!

I was expecting larger runes. These are much smaller than what I’m used to so on the upside it makes it perfect for travel. I’m just used to the bigger runes that are easier to hold. But I would probably buy them again as a gift for someone else.

I was looking for something more uniform in shape, these are shaped like rocks, not tiles or blocks. But they’re beautiful. They are kind of small but in a convenient way (easy to store and carry)

I bought these for my husband, who is very into Viking/Celtic/Ancient European lore. He's also a big fan of Thor, in case you didn't guess! I like to get him something unexpected for Christmas gifts, and this filled the bill. I chose them in the blue color, just because I liked it best, but I have no idea what they say, or anything about runes. However, he really dug them, and recognized the symbols on them, so it's not just nonsense. It's really rune writing! They come in a pretty decorative velvet-like bag so you can keep them all together. I would think anyone who likes D & D or cosplay would also groove on these. Not the most expensive thing I got him for Christmas by a long shot, but a cool little additional gift to add to the present total. Maybe later this year, we'll spell out something cool on his birthday cake! They seem to be easily washable and pretty durable. They don't feel cheap like plastic, but I'm not sure if they're made of heavy glass or actual stone. Still, he loved them, so it's another win in my column. A+

Love these! I know others say they are too small but I think they are the perfect size! They all fit in my hand nicely and have a nice weight to them! None were chipped and they all had the correct markings on them and came with a blank. I love them so much! I cannot attest to them being authentic tourmaline stone or not but they are beautiful!

The media could not be loaded. This is horrible advertising. As they are not rectangular shaped like shown. Not at all. They are not even close to the same sizes. You’ll definitely know which rune is what when drawing them out. It’s completely misleading. Plus they are not real black onyx they are painted on black and brown to look like it but I assure you it’s just quartz. I highly suggest finding a different seller. One very disappointing find. They need to advertise it honestly faux painted quartz to look like black onyx and show the shapes in the image instead of this rectangular that they show. I was so looking forward to that rectangular shape and the quality shown in the image. The gold paint is done sloppy it’s just honestly not worth it. Not even close. Plus the bag they sent it in was broken and not zipped it was definitely not worth it. I am also missing a rune. Sending these back

I bought three sets of different stones and they are all substantial stones and the engraving is well done too.
