Good value for money, good bicep stretch

For the price this is a top quality product. Metal is sturdy and comfortable. Easy to use. However feel like the padding on strap could be better quality because it's wearing out already within a couple days. Did come with some defects but can't really complain as it was cheap already. Effective for an arm pump and supporting form.
