The best book for Revision Purpose and beginners.
I have read two books of Oncology 1. The Biology of cancer by Robert Weinberg which is a complete and detailed book.( One of my Favourite) 2. The molecular biology of cancer, which is also a quite good book . But The Book Principles of cancer biology gives you straight forward summary of these two book with quite good basics. Very good Book to read.

One of the best textbooks I've ever read
One of the few textbooks I want to keep forever. Well written and summarizes the information in a succinct and effective way. It's also amazingly small! My version is probably incredibly outdated by now, but still worth having in the library. If this is what your professor is requiring for your class, you are very fortunate.
