I don't understand the negative reviews unless they are not reading instructions. I have been using for several years now and find them effective. They do stay in place with no problem, but you have to follow instructions to dry the teeth prior to applying. Instructions state to initially use once daily for 14 days, then once a week for maintenance. I do not find them to make my teeth sensitive as some other products do, and I leave them on for approximately 40 minutes vs the 30 minutes per the instructions. The green gel, while not attractive, does come off with a wet toothbrush. It does not stain the teeth green, nor do you need to scrape or floss off as some reviewers state. It doesn't taste bad. Kind of a mild minty taste. I haven't tried yet, but they also have a formula that is clear and uses bromelain and papain vs this formula with arbutin if the green is off putting to some. Made with natural ingredients, but you are not swallowing anyways, so doesn't really matter, but makes me feel better regardless. Would recommend.

I haven’t been using these whitening strips long, but as an avid pop and tea drinker, I know my teeth aren’t the whitest and these have changed them just in 2 weeks of inconsistent use. These strips don’t burn or irritate at all and have no bad taste since they’re peroxide-free — major win! The only downside is the green gel… it sticks to everything — your teeth, fingers, counter, even your toothbrush. Other than that (and the price ), I’m here for them! A 28-count box gives you 14 treatments (2 strips per pack) and runs about $40, but I snagged mine on sale. They work well, but I’m not sure I’d pay full price.
