Good Product
added a beautiful tone and covering to my woven bamboo flooring. follow directions exactly and there are several youtube videos that show roll techniques. Not for the inexperienced.

Excellent product
I used this product on some wood floors I made for my house. I sprayed the product on each plank individually before I installed. It sprayed really nice, was easy to sand and dried quickly. Love this product

Low VOC, made floor look great.
There was a steep learning curve in applying this to the floor. I recommend watching some of the videos that are available. The end result was a really nice looking floor and it was nice to not have the smell of the oil-based product. It still looks good after two months.

Terrible
Im not sure what Bona was thinking when they developed this, however testing on a sample I literally have 5 different shades and gloss levels based on how much fluid was allowed to dry on the sample. The sample piece is a single piece of rift and quarter sawn 3/4 solid oak flooring. The product mixed then poured onto the sample and evenly spread using a trowel method (a pencil). Even force was applied to the application, and then allowed to dry at room temperature settings. The results showed 4-5 distinct variances of both coloration and sheen. If you want to ruin absolutely beautiful floors with this product, go right ahead. Otherwise, steer clear and skip this step.

Ease of application.
The product is great but is more difficult to apply than Bona Seal. It appears this product has a colorant and therefore the spread rate has to be almost perfect or you will end up with darker areas. It really did bring out more wood color which is what I wanted. If this was my first time installing, I would probably use the Bona Seal not the Intense Seal.

Bona DTS is a viable alternative to oil based finishes
I had finished a Jatoba (Brazilian cherry) cabinet with an oil based finish (Waterlox) and the deep red color came out darker than I wanted. Bona DTS is a water based sander sealer which makes the wood richer in color than other water based products but not as dark as oil. I like the Jatoba color better after DTS, especially for floors. It is also easier to handle than oil based products.
