Bought this as a gift for my mom n her birthday and she loves it! My mom got her body done in DR and this massager hits all the right places so she can feel comfortable after a shower. I was very excited about getting this item due to lymphedema in my arm and chronic neck pain but as soon as I opened the box you could tell it had been used and returned. It has oil stains on the box from I’m only assuming essential oils. There was strands of hair, oil all over the attachments and the main part that you hold was sticky and nasty. I never complain about the items that I get but this was completely unacceptable and very disappointing.

I love it I use it every day and I feel amazing
