An excellent buy at a sensible price, (the most expensive isn’t always the best!) A nice looking coffee percolator easily cleaned and which has retained it’s lovely shiny finish after continual use. It’s performance matches it’s looks and simple design and gives us constant HOT coffee within minutes of re pressing the one on/off button. We’re so impressed we have ordered another as a standby, ready to take over when the current one wears out! A totally uncomplicated machine which produces a piping hot tasty cup of coffee. Well deserving of the five stars given.

First impressions are good. I've been using this style of coffee percolator for more than 40 years - it still makes the best coffee (in my view). This particular make and model seemed a bit light at first handling, almost flimsy compared to older percolators, but the first, proper brew made was spot on, despite its noticeably quicker cycle, so it does indeed do the job properly. I tend to use filter coffee with my percolators and the basket can get a bit gummed up if not scoured regularly - only a general observation about sensible maintenance, not a criticism of this particular product, though the holes in the basket are tiny and may be susceptible to this recurring problem. The price was to me very reasonable - and like other reviewers I am tempted to order a spare unit as a back-up!

I want to return this item, but I don’t have time to pack it up and take it to a depot, so I am writing this review as a warning to others. This coffee pot leaks after less than a month of use, apparently from the seal between the metal and the plastic parts of the jug. After brewing, there is coffee in a puddle all over the counter, and when I pick up the jug the electrical base unit is flooded too. Other than that it makes acceptable coffee that starts hot enough and stays that way. If only it had the ability to actually hold liquids, it would be a decent product.

Think this is a bargain for the price - other percolators on Amazon which look very similar are over twice as expensive. First impressions are good - machine makes good quality, tasty, hot coffee and doesn't seem to over extract which can be a problem with percolators. My only real criticism is that when the coffee is ready the light goes from red to green...all fine, but when you pick up the unit to pour the green light quickly goes out and it seems to switch off - making the keep warm function a bit pointless. Any ideas?

Arrived quickly, does exactly as described, easy to clean , the keep warm feature keeps it piping hot not luke warm as some do.. fabulous value , highly recommended.. coffee grounds tried so far, Taylor’s , Lavazza and Torres’s (Spanish).. I have always found a few grounds get through from every percolator I’ve used but very few here tbh..

Breakdown of stars given: 5 stars for making coffee. The percolator makes really good coffee, can not be argued! 1 star for durability. Although we use it every day, we would expect the machine to last longer. The last one lasted 5 months, the same model before about 7 months. Shameful really but let’s face it, £25 is not much, just imagine how little production cost is. Anyway, just bought another one, let’s see if that can survive to its first birthday.

Product arrived safely, only concern is that it only has a British plug attached, what do we do?

Ok works great - good price - good coffee - no problems The pot remains warm for 30 mins or so - I would love if it had a little keep war all day function - other than that prfct

Buen precio y calidad aceptable. Funciona muy bien y tiene una gran capacidad. Articulo imposible de encontrar en España, es necesario cambiarle el enchufe, ya que viene con la toma inglesa, aunque funciona perfectamente con corriente de 220V

The Percolator was great but it is hard to use with no Australian plug adaptor. It would have been good to know for immediate use.
