Works well but hard to stay charged when not plugged in all the time

Don't buy... This is a piece of junk. I bought this product to use for my trip to China. It worked for 10 minutes then started getting error messages. I even get error message for simple word "hello". Stay away!!! I had to give it a star just to post this review which it doesn't deserve 😔

we have a helper that comes every two weeks that we are very close with. she speaks no english and we chat by typing in the phone. I purchased this through Enence for my wife many weeks before Christmas. I was perturbed because it was suppose to arrive in time as a present. I actually tried to cancel the order as it was so late. It finally arrived mid January. My wife loved it. Our friend was amazed and they chatted by voice !. I got on Amazon and purchased another. It was 1/3 the price ! and arrived the next day !!The same exact device ! and gave it to her and she was so excited she broke down in tears. She even texts us from home and it translates the texts! Very Nice to pair with an iPhone ..that i know!

The ad says it will work offline but that is not true at all. This must be connected to your phone via Blue Tooth and if your phone does not have an internet connection the the translation does not work. Very disappointed as this is no better than Google Translate or Apple Instant Translate.

Work's well and easy to operate.

Awesome I use it at work

This product malfunction many times. It would work sometimes, and other times no response. Many times great delays in its communication response. My phone app translator worked as good if not better, at no cost to me.

Reviewing ENENCE Instant Translator. Pro's - not aware of any Con's - 1) Advertised as not needing an internet connection, but it's not a standalone device, it requires a smartphone app and a bluetooth connection with your smartphone when using it. 2) It is way faster and easier to simply use the translate feature of Google on your phone, instead of fooling with this extra device! 3) It produces an overly harsh and loud beep when you press its buttons 4) When it plays back the translation, the first word or two of the translation play back extremely soft, too soft to be useful (even if the device's volume is turned up loud) 5) You can't repeat a translation playback, so if you want to hear it again, too bad (unlike Google translate)

fast prompt delivery. Easy to use and works okay. I was hoping it would have Maltese language.
