I love this salt I been using it since I was a young man.

I mix salt with Vaseline for a facial scrub, elbows, and knees.

I like the convenient of getting stuff delivered especially if I already am home from work and I forgot (or rather do not wish to stop anywhere) to get it at the supermarket. This is a great brand. I need iodine in my daily intake nothing more than 6 milligrams of salt a day, there’s about 45 mcg of iodine per thst amount- adult intake is 150 mcg- get the rest from seafood, dairy and eggs. Like the new top- not flimsy. Affordable, great brand and you need this.

Having grown up in Brazil, we have always been accustomed with iodized salt to help regulate thyroid function. This is one of the few brands we found in US that provides that nutrient. Also, on the plus side, this brand doesn’t form clumps so it’s always easy to pour and cook with. One thing is that, for some reason, this is definitely not as salty as sea salt so you might end up using more salt (and hence eating more sodium) than you would otherwise.
