This is a good quality b complex from what I can tell. It has all the different b vitamins in it in a good balance. I tak one or two a day. B complex keeps all the body’s systems working well.

NESSARIT Vitamin B Complex has a nice blend of B vitamins It's a Good value for a five months supply. It's is third party tested, NON-GMO and Gluten Free. I did not see that they are manufactured in a cGMP facility which I do look for. It's a very economical source of B vitamins.

These are as good or better than any other Multi B complex vitamins I've used in the past.Easy to swallow and have a good mix of B vitamins.Fine.

I wanted a supplement with a wide variety of B vitamins. I tend to be deficient in most of them and was advised to try to supplement my diet with a broad based B vitamin. These definitely fit the description and I’ve taken them with no issues, the size is reasonable and there’s no aftertaste. I’m satisfied.

I ordered NESSARIT Vitamin B Complex vitamins because I was almost out of my multi-B. I’d never used this brand before. As I read through the list of ingredients, I was quite impressed. This is an excellent source of all of the B vitamins I had been taking, plus they contain Vitamin C as well. The capsules are fairly large, but a dose is only one capsule. This bottle contains 150 capsules, so I’m set in my B vitamins for awhile! I thought getting this many good quality supplements for $15 was an amazing price.These vitamins are made in the USA and are non-GMO. I found them easy to swallow. They didn’t have an unpleasant smell or taste and I didn’t experience any negative reactions from them. I’m very happy with these vitamins. The capsules have been easy to swallow which is a plus and the label lists quality ingredients. They also didn't have an after taste either. So far there hasn't been any side effects or stomach issues after taking. I will continue to take them to finish the bottle and if I notice any changes I will come back and report. However it is too soon to determine if this is "working" or not so I would say it's fair to rate this 4 stars in the interim.

This is the first vitamin B complex I have taken. I ordered these NESSARIT for its combination of ingredients , GMO, and 3rd party testing. They are capsules so for me always a little harder to take but not any different than any other capsule. I trust capsules and liquids better for higher levels of absorption. I really like that the daily dose is only 1 capsule. I think these are very affordable. Recommend.
